Solution Using the Log Sheet Option

1. You will see this page whether you select the Log Sheet from View Notes or Edit Notes.

2. In Edit mode you can only select the date to change. The system automatically defaults to your name.

3. When you change the date, the patient list changes.

4. When you choose a note you are then prompted to edit the note.

5. If you click Yes it will take you to the note so you can make any changes that are needed.

6. This view can also be useful to make sure that you have put a time out on your notes.

7. In View mode the Therapist field is also enabled so that you can view different therapist’s notes to see what therapy was performed for the patient.

8. When you choose a different Therapist the page will load the notes performed by that therapist on that day so that you can view the note if need be.

9. When you select a note in View mode it will ask you if you would like to view the note for the patient.
