Reasons why the X51 is flashing the power light

Solution Causes:
1. You have an event reminder going off.
2. You have a low battery
3. The battery door may be loose
4. You may have a poor connection with the battery

Solutions:
1. Turn off all reminders
2. Check the battery charge
3. Check for a loose battery door or battery
4. Remove battery and wipe off connections with a clean cloth
5. Push the reset button on the back of the handheld
6. As last resort, if there are no more options, you should try a hard reset--this will clear the memory and go back to factory default. You will then need to see Andy to have the software reinstalled on the handheld
