How to Delete the Handheld's Database

Solution Deleting your Handheld's Database

_{WARNING - If you have not synced your data, you will lose any changes that haven't been synced!}

1. In order to delete your database you must log into Pocket Therapy Forms

2. Make sure the handheld successfully logs in

3. Click Notes, then Tools, and then Delete Database

It will then ask you if you are sure you want to delete the database before it actually deletes the database

If you click No, it will then quite deleting the database, however if you click Yes, you will receive one more prompt making sure you want to delete the database

After clicking Yes, another message will confirm that you were successful in deleting the database

You are done! Now sync your handheld and you will receive a new database
