1. When you sync your handheld after the sync finishes it will check for updates. If there is an update you will see the following message.

b. In this example the new version is 2.2.2
2. Left click Yes and the app will close and attempt to open a page that looks like this:

b. In order to change where IE defaults its downloads choose the arrow to the right of Save and left click Save as.

c. This should then open a save dialog window that looks like this

d. From this dialog navigate to C:\My Documents and left click Save.
i. If you are not prompted to overwrite the existing file then you are saving it in the wrong location.

3. Now that the file has downloaded to the correct location and overwritten the existing Pocket Therapy Forms.exe file you can run the application.
