Syncing the Handheld on a Mac

Solution Syncing on a Mac

1. Download SyncMate from this knowledge article Click Here

2. Install SyncMate on the Mac

3. When prompted to check for updates choose No*

4. Make sure the handheld is a X51v

5. Connect the handheld

6. Let the driver install on the handheld

7. Make sure the user is setup to use the X51v

8. Connect to the internet on the Mac and sync the handheld

_{Applies to X51v handhelds only!}

_{*The reason you need to turn off the updates is because newer versions of SyncMate cause connection issues on the handheld}
