What is the Log Sheet menu option for?
The Log Sheet menu option was added to version 1.8. It allows the user to choose notes by selecting a date rather than the patient's name. When you choose Log Sheet from the View section the Therapist's name is also enabled so that you can change therapist to find a note you are looking for. It you have more questions you can view the knowledgebase article on it.

Why is the sync date never?
The sync date is set to "Never" on your handheld if the user settings have been reset
Why do I need to sync twice a day?
The reason you need to sync twice a day is to ensure you have the most up-to-date database on your handheld. If you only sync once a day then you may not receive a notes from a therapist who synced their notes after you. When you sync at night and in the morning it ensures that all notes are up-to-date and the handheld is as current as it can before you to begin your day.
What is prefill?
Prefill creates a new note based on the note you chose. It literally copies everything in the note and gives it a new ID. To save you some time, we go ahead and clear some of the fields in the note. You can find knowledgebase articles with more specifics about what is cleared:

Why can't I see more than 1 months worth of notes?
Notes from more than a month ago are rarely edited, so the decision was made to not sync notes that are more than a month old to the handheld. If you need to view the note, you can do on the website. Another reason you are not able to see notes that are more than a month old is because of space issues on the handheld. A months worth of notes takes up about 9MB of space, so if we stored 2 months worth of notes, the Pocket Therapy Forms database would double in size. So to speed up syncing we only sync a months worth of notes.
How to delete the Handheld's database
On the handheld go to "Tools", then "Delete Database". After two warnings it will delete the database and ask you to resync. Or you can just follow these picture instructions:

Can I sync my handheld on a Mac?
Yes, but even though it is possible to sync Pocket Therapy Forms on a Mac, it is not recommended. I only allow syncing on a Mac if there is no other way to sync your handheld. Here is what you need to have in order to sync. You need to have an X51v model handheld and install the sync mate software. You must also make sure that after you install the software you set it to never receive new updates. They seem to cause connection problems between the internet and the handheld.
